Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of an event activation or extension, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at hello@myairloom.com and we'll help.

Paddle's own refund handling is described at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

If an activation is refunded, your event may be returned to draft or kept live at our discretion while we review the request — your guests' recordings are never deleted automatically as part of a refund.
